What are the rules on my tickets?
- Tickets are nonrefundable once they are issued. However, they can be changed for up to 12 months.
- Name changes are not allowed.
- Date changes are based availability. Nominal charges may apply.
- Only date and time changes are permitted once the trip has begun.
- Changes to routing are only permitted before the trip has begun. Generally,
route changes are permitted as long as you are still within the same continent.

Will I always save at least 70% on first and business class flights?
Our goal is to answer “yes” to this; however, realistically it is not always possible. We guarantee that we will do our best to provide you with the lowest price and highest quality service both before and after the sale.

What can I do to help ensure I get the best business class or first class flight?
You will have a better chance at saving more money if you are flexible with your travel dates and
times. The more likely it is that the seat is going to go unsold, the more we can barter with the
airlines to get you the best deal.
What is your policy regarding changes to flights, refunds, or cancellations?
The rules and guidelines regarding cancellations, changes, and refunds are set by the airlines, not by
You Fly for Less. In most cases, you can make some changes prior to departure. These changes
are sometimes subject to fees and / or penalties that each individual airline may apply. There are
a few situations in which tickets are not refundable; however, many of these may be used for
future flights. Please note that all of this information will be shared with you prior to the time
of your purchase.
